About the course

We will teach you how to dance Salsa solo from the beginning to the most advanced level. You do not need to come with a dance partner. The choreography is purely individual, this is not a couple's dance class! But even after the class, you can use it at parties and it will help create groups of friends to come out and dance Salsa together.

In our Salsa Solo classes you will learn to move to the rhythm of tropical music. Our instructors will teach you the technique and style needed to enjoy this dance to the fullest.

Attendance is the client's interest. Failure to attend a class does not entitle the client to any compensation from La Tropical. Please read the general conditions, the course cannot be substituted or carried over to the next period.We reserve the right to change the tutor in case of illness or other emergency.

In our courses we teach Cuban salsa dancing solo.
 

  • Salsa Solo – we will teach you how to dance salsa solo

  • Salsa with Rafael - Style and Musicality - is suitable for dancers who have passed the basic level and want to improve their improvisation and interpretation
  • Salsa Beginners – suitable for beginners, in pairs, if you don't have a partner we will find one for you on the course.
    You don't need to know anything, we will teach you how to dance from the beginning.  
  • Salsa Beginners Advanced - suitable for those who have already completed the first beginners course
    You already know the basic steps and some basic figures
  • Salsa Intermediate – suitable for those who have already taken a course and want to improve their style
    You already know the basic steps and basic figures
  • Salsa Advanced – suitable for those who already know how to dance but want to improve on the figures they have already learnt
    You know the basic steps and figures perfectly and can learn complicated variations.

Please arriveat least 10 minutes before the start of the course..

What to wear:

What clothes to wear?

  • Comfortable and light clothing.
  • Sneakers or comfortable dance shoes. For girls, we recommend comfortable high-heeled dance shoes with ankle support and a grippy sole (heels are not necessary).
  • Change of clothes and towel if you wish to shower at the academy.
